Is Mild Cramping Contractions

Your doctor has probably told you when to call if you think you`re in labor (a good rule of thumb: when labor is spaced five to seven minutes apart). Before the “real” contractions begin, you may have “false” labor pains, also known as Braxton Hicks contractions. These irregular uterine contractions are completely normal and can occur from the fourth month of pregnancy.
